We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 18 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.


If your abs and booty are your biggest trouble spots (I’m with you), this hilariously — and accurately! — named class is calling your name. It whips your butt and guts into shape, focusing on the abs, obliques, glutes, legs and thighs with plyometrics and strength work


With names like Higher Power, Skinny Jeans, and more, it’s not easy to choose just one brilliantly named class from the roster at Cardio- Sculpt. With HIgh intense cardio, this class will legitimately cause you to beg for mercy. 

TURF  BootCamp

Torch major calories with this unique boot camp class. We will alternate between cardio hits on our TURF hill  and plyometrics, strength training, balance and coordination on the TURF.

TURF Playground

Excite and energize your workout with TURF Playground! This 50-minute high energy circuit class combines dynamic cardio training with functional strength for a high energy play-based workout. Discover a unique setting that utilizes a variety of training tools that are sure to test your abilities and have you leaving with a sense of accomplishment every time.

H.I.T.T. It Hard

This class combines high-intensity cardio with strength moves for a very, very sweaty workout.


A total body workout that ignites your metabolism while building lean muscle. This low impact workout pushes you to your limit and challenges even the toughest athlete. A mix of bodyweight and equipment exercises target all of your major muscle groups in this full body conditioning class.
